Tim McKeil comments: Photos from May 17, 2005 taken in Valleyfield Qc, on the upstream side of the slip where McKeil had a yard for a time. Some steel work was renewed. New plating and ribs on the forward hull up a couple of feet from the keel. McKeil worked the Greta for a few years before it went to McNally along with a lot of other small equipment and the barge Cargo Master. Almost as good a boat as the Flo-Mac, but had the advantage of having a shallower draught. Twin screw. Had 2 6-71s. I think they were 3:1 Twin Disc 509 boxes.

Oct 9, 2006 McKiel Yard, Sorel PQ.
Tim McKeil comments (Feb. 2019): "McKeil owned that for a while. Good little boat. Was useful because she is only about 3 and a half feet deep and proved herself plenty of times in 2 feet. I remember that when operating the boat, your feet did not seem to be far above the water."

Kent Malo: I happened to photograph the Greta V as she was pushing a loaded
barge down the St Lawrence river opposite Vercheres, Québec, April 26, 2007,
possibly going to Sorel.

Note the partial tunnels for shallow draft.
