Chuck Gerow notes (Dec. 17, 2018): "Russel Bros tug showing their spec sheet on the photo reverse. I don't know about the 1939 date. When the Gerow Brothers were in the buying process it was 1949. I do note though that the Wavey II was all steel enclosed but this one appears to be wood enclosed."
