This small tugboat was built in 1958 by Russel Brothers as the R.C.L. Tug 11 for Russell Construction Limited. In 1961 she was acquired by Balfour, Beatty & Co. The following year she was sold to the Canadian Dredge & Dock Company. In 1998 she was acquired by McNally International of Hamilton, ON, where she again retained her original name.
R.C.L. Tug 11 is active in the dredging and construction trades for McNally.
