This small tugboat was built in 1958 by Russel Brothers as the R.C.L. Tug 11 for Russell Construction Limited. In 1961 she was acquired by Balfour, Beatty & Co. The following year she was sold to the Canadian Dredge & Dock Company. In 1998 she was acquired by McNally International of Hamilton, ON, where she again retained her original name. R.C.L.
