Tug Accident A 25-year-old Italian immigrant working on board a harbor tug fell into the St. Lawrence River last evening and was killed by the tug's propeller. Police identified the victim as Vicenzo Facciolo, of 767 Lusignan St., a crewman of the tug "Rene R." They said he grasped a trailing cable and came into collision with the propeller as he pulled himself towards the tug.
